Quietly Brilliant. Nook Event Pods Join FFAIR’s Recommended Suppliers Network

Today we welcome Nook Event Pods, who are the are the latest addition of event supplier to join our Recommended Suppliers Network, giving event organisers even more options to offer creative, functional and inclusive sponsorship opportunities through the FFAIR Shop.

Nook Event Pods have become a go-to feature for leading event agencies, associations and organisers with brands like RX, Informa, The Meetings Show, George P Johnson and Jack Morton using them as part of their event activations. Nook’s custom-branded event pods - which are in fact certified as a sensory support space too - provide calm, branded, focused spaces on the event floor for one-to-one meetings, live demos or a sponsored quiet place to work and take a video call.

Now the 200+ event teams using FFAIR can easily offer Nook Event Pods to their exhibitors and sponsors as a valuable add-on, for example as part of a start-up exhibitor zone, as part of a meeting space sponsorship package or as an addition to an exhibitors stand. With a few clicks from the event organiser, Nook Event Pods can be added as an event supplier and their show inventory can be added to their FFAIR Shop. 

This partnership follows a series of new event supplier collaborations in 2025 and reflects FFAIR’s ongoing commitment to helping organisers expand their sponsorship offering and make smarter use of the show floor, all easily managed through the FFAIR platform.
