TD:LR: Level 2 of the FFAIR Accreditation Programme is now live, completing our two-level training initiative designed to help you and your team get the very best out of the FFAIR platform.

This isn't just another training session. We've taken inspiration from platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce, recognising that event teams want to grow their expertise on the tools that matter most in their industry.

For many event managers and operations professionals, event technology is a recognised knowledge gap. That is understandable. Delivering events takes up so much of the day-to-day, season after season, that there is rarely time left for training and professional development.

The FFAIR Accreditation Programme is your chance to gain recognition as a certified FFAIR Pro, build confidence with the exhibitor and sponsorship management platform, and show your event tech expertise to colleagues, clients and employers. It is completely free.

What is the FFAIR Accreditation Programme?

The programme has been designed with flexibility in mind, offering two progressive levels of training.

Level 1: Quick-Start Training

• A self-paced, one-hour online session.

• Ideal for new users and event professionals who want a fast, accessible introduction.

• Gives you the skills to hit the ground running and start making the most of the Online Exhibitor Manual, Tasks and Shop straight away.

Level 1 launched in September 2025 and more than 70 event professionals have already completed the course.

Level 2: Advanced Training (now live)

• Deeper learning for those ready to take things up a notch.

• Test your skills, develop expert techniques, practical tips, and personalised one-to-one training with FFAIR's CX team.

• Become THE FFAIR expert in your organisation and across the wider events industry.

Level 1 is a prerequisite for Level 2, so you will need to complete the Quick-Start session first.

Both levels are supported by how-to videos and practical exercises, with direct access to our CX team at Level 2. You will finish with knowledge you can actually use, and the whole programme is built to fit around a busy event calendar.

Who is it for?

• New clients. Get set up for success from day one.

• Power users. Go deeper into your FFAIR knowledge and become the superuser for your business. Particularly valuable for freelancers who support multiple events throughout the year.

• Event teams. Train several colleagues to reduce time spent on support and maximise your FFAIR investment.

The programme is also open to anyone who wants to explore the platform in depth before onboarding their own company.
