What's actually changed

FFAIR and Jonas Event Technology first partnered in 2023, connecting Jonas's registration software to FFAIR's Online Exhibitor Manual and e-commerce platform via single sign-on. It worked, but both teams knew there was more admin to strip out. This upgrade delivers three concrete improvements:

Real-time sync. Exhibitor profiles and stand changes made in FFAIR now flow to Jonas Event Technology automatically. No exports, no re-uploads.
Automated record matching. Rename a company or reassign a stand in FFAIR and the matching Jonas record updates itself.
One-click exhibitor access. A dedicated Jonas Event Technology button now sits inside the FFAIR Exhibitor Portal, next to embedded task list links so exhibitors move between platforms without a second login or password.
