Here’s a rundown of just some of the ways you can personalise the FFAIR online exhibitor manual and exhibitor management platform to elevate the exhibitor experience:
1. Match Your Event Branding
Custom Colours: Update the colour scheme of the platform to align with your event’s brand identity.
Header Banner: Personalise the header banner at the top of the FFAIR platform with your event branding.
2. Professional and Secure Communications with Email Cloaking
Ensure your event communications are professional, branded, and secure with FFAIR’s new Email Cloaking feature. This allows you to define your email domain for all notifications sent from FFAIR.
3. Custom Language Terminology
Customisable Terms: Override default terms to align with your event type, local language, and audience needs.
Flexibility: Set terminology at both the Show and Build/Persona level.
Here are examples of terms you can customise:
“Show”: Rename this to “Conference,” “Expo,” “Publication,” or whatever best suits your event.
“Exhibitor”: Tailor the terminology to roles like “Speaker” or “Sponsor.”
“Stand”: Use “Booth” for US events or remove this term entirely if stands aren’t relevant.
“Postcode”: Change this to “Zip Code” for a US audience or other regional variations.
4. Multi-Currency Support
Support global audiences by updating the currency to match your event location, including GBP, AUD, USD and many more.
5. Choose Your Suppliers
Customise your exhibitor portal by selecting preferred suppliers that align with your event’s needs and exhibitor requirements. Either from FFAIR’s own Recommend Suppliers or your own network of event suppliers. If you’re suppliers haven’t used FFAIR previously, our Customer Success team will get them onboarded for free.
6. Tagging Tasks for Better Organisation
Introducing the new Tags feature for tasks, designed to improve task management and exhibitor efficiency.
Custom Tags: Create tags like “Marketing,” “Health & Safety,” or “Stand Enhancement” to categorise tasks based on their purpose.
Improved Organisation: Tags make it easier for exhibitors to identify relevant activities quickly.
You’ll also be able to generate even more insightful reports directly from your FFAIR portal using tagged tasks.
7. Seamless Integration with Event Tech Suppliers
Integrate FFAIR with your existing event technology solutions for a streamlined experience across your event tech stack. You’ll be able to access the event API and SSO directly from your Organiser portal and link to key event technology platforms such as ASP, Expo Platform and Visit, and marketing tools such as Zapier.
