Yes, it’s true, the FFAIR team will be exhibiting at Event Tech Live this November at ExceL London. It’s genuinely one of our favourite events of the year, and we’re always proud to exhibit and spend time with our colleagues (although really by now, they’re just our industry friends).

If you’ve attended Event Tech Live before, you’ll know it’s the home of event technology. But more than that, it’s the only event that brings together a community of like-minded event professionals. These are people looking to change-up their event programmes and use technology to save time, reduce stress and deliver even better experiences.

The event attracts professionals from event agencies, corporate event teams, exhibitions and conferences. Officially, it’s billed as “a platform for tech suppliers to showcase their solutions, bridging the gap between event organisers and technology providers.” But at FFAIR, we’ve always seen it as so much more. It’s where passionate, curious event professionals come together – people who are ready to step away from the day-to-day and think differently about how technology can support their events. Forget about what’s hot, at Event Tech Live we’re talking about what’s next. 

Visitors to our stand don’t just stop by for a chat – they want to see real event teach in action. They ask smart questions, request live demos and explore how our exhibitor management platform can help solve their actual event headaches.

From Truman Brewery to Excel

Event Tech Live has a cool event history, first launching back in 2014 at the Truman Brewery. As the show grew in size and scale, it moved to its current home at Excel London. Members of the FFAIR team have exhibited at Event Tech Live from the very beginning and when FFAIR officially launched in 2020, this was the very first live event we took part in. So it’s a little bit special to us.

While the show doesn’t make a huge deal of its international audience, we’ve met event teams from all over the world, including Australia, many of whom we first connected with at this very show in London.

What to expect at the FFAIR stand

As always, the FFAIR team will be on hand to provide live demos of our platform. Ask us anything from “Can FFAIR help me manage my sponsors better?” to “How are event agencies using FFAIR to win more clients?”.

We’ll also be sharing insights into how 140+ event teams are saving months of time by freeing themselves from repetitive admin, thanks to our online exhibitor manual and ecommerce platform.
