Cookie Policy
Last Updated: 7 May 2026
FFAIR Limited uses cookies on our website (ffair.io) and within our software platform, which includes our Exhibitor Tasks, Exhibitor Manual and Exhibitor Shop products. This policy explains what cookies we use and why.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are used to make websites work correctly, remember your preferences and provide a secure experience. Further information about cookies can be found at AllAboutCookies.org or the ICO's guidance at ico.org.uk/cookies.
The cookies we use
FFAIR currently uses only strictly necessary cookies on our public website. We do not use advertising, tracking, behavioural profiling or analytics cookies on this website. Because we use only cookies that are essential to operating the site and platform, these are placed without requiring your prior consent under UK PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations).
We intend to introduce additional optional features (such as analytics) in the near future. When we do so, we will implement a Consent Management Platform (CMP) and update this policy before any non-essential cookies are placed. You will be given a clear choice at that point.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for you to navigate the site and platform securely and use core features such as logging in. They cannot be switched off. They do not store personally identifiable information and are either deleted when you close your browser or retained only for the duration needed to keep your session secure.
