We're Back at Event Tech Live – See You in November

It's official. The FFAIR team will once again be exhibiting at Event Tech Live this November at Excel London and honestly, we couldn't be more excited about it.

If you've been following us for a while, you'll know Event Tech Live holds a special place for us. FFAIR has been part of this show since the very beginning and when we officially launched back in 2020, it was the very first live event we exhibited at. Our team have also been visitors, exhibitors and speakers at the event over the last decade.

So yes, it's a little more than just another show on the calendar.

What's New at FFAIR in 2026

This year, there's plenty to talk about. Since Event Tech Live 2025, we've continued to expand our platform and our Recommended Supplier Programme, most recently welcoming Air Business as our first dedicated event logistics partner. Exhibitors can now manage freight, handling and shipping directly through the FFAIR Shop in the same checkout journey as furniture, AV, digital signage and sponsorship.

We've also launched Discount Codes, giving organisers and suppliers a smarter, more positive way to drive early orders and reward exhibitor loyalty. It's the kind of ecommerce thinking that the exhibitions industry has been slow to adopt, but our data shows it works.
