Can I set a commission for sales made through the FFAIR exhibitor shop?

Yes, and you can also set different commission for different suppliers and shows.

Does FFAIR generate VAT receipts?

We provide an order summary and VAT receipt on behalf of the individual suppliers, reducing admin all-round.

What if an exhibitor wants to cancel an order?

An exhibitor can cancel an order by contacting the supplier directly. Refunds are at the discretion of the individual supplier and all refunds are subject to a cancellation fee.

Do I select my own suppliers?

Yes, you can invite your trusted suppliers and it's possible to choose different ones for different shows. We also have a list of FFAIR Recommended Suppliers, who are ready to add to your shop in a few clicks.

What is Stripe?

Stripe is a payment processor that allows organizations to accept payments, send payouts, and manage their business online. Stripe's customers include Amazon, Google, Booking.com, ASOS, MADE... The list goes on.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Yes, you’ll need a Stripe account to receive your transaction fee. Don’t worry though, it only takes a few minutes to set up an account.

Do my suppliers need a Stripe account?

Yes, they’ll need to set up and connect their account to their FFAIR portal. This only takes a few minutes, and it'll mean that their portion of any payment instantly appears in their Stripe account and is available to withdraw.

Do my exhibitors need a Stripe account?

No, Stripe does its magic under the hood, so your exhibitors will just enter their card details and pay. Payments can be made using all mainstream cards, globally.

What if my exhibitors don’t have a payment card?


You have the ability to turn on the bank transfer option and set a minimum spend for this option. Stripe provides a virtual bank account number, that automatically distributes funds when the balance has been settled.

What currencies do you support?


We currently support GBP, USD, Eur, and AUD, but we’re always looking to expand, let us know if you need FFAIR to support another currency.

What if my suppliers don’t want to join FFAIR?

We're pretty sure they will when they discover all the benefits - instant fee-less payments, more sales, all orders received in one place and the ability to manage their order, to name a few. But if they still won’t play ball, we’re happy to talk them through the benefits. We are also able to offer the services of our brilliant FFAIR Recommended Suppliers, should you wish to switch suppliers.

Can I see what my exhibitors have ordered?

Yes, you can, you’ll be able to see the full order details as well as the order status.
